What To Expect

Day 1 : Hanoi – Bai Dinh Pagoda – Trang An Eco-Tourism – Hanoi - Train to Lao Cai(L)

You will meet a local guide and driver from Hanoi Local Tour at your hotel in Hanoi to depart for the tour to Bai Dinh Pagodaand Trang An. It takes 2 hours to get the Buddha Prayer place of the biggest pagoda in Vietnam. Strolling around the place and then have lunch in a local restaurant with local dishes. After lunch, we depart to visit Trang An eco-tourism, we take a boat trip to visit cave complex including Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Sinh Cave, Si Cave…Getting back to Hanoi by car.

After relaxation time, get ready to transfer to the station for a night train to Lao Cai.

Overnight on Train.

Day 2 : Lao Cai – Sapa – Cat Cat – Sin Chai (B, L)

Pick you up at Lao Cai train station to Sapa by minibus. We will arrive Sapa in the mid-morning, then have breakfast and leisure time at the hotel, after that, the local guide will lead you to Cat Cat Village, a small village situated at the foot of Fansipan, the village is home to H’mong people. You can try out their traditional costume.

From Cat Cat, follow the Muong Hoa Valley, through the rice terraces and we visit Sin Chai village. The village is little off the usual trekking route and less visit. We will then transfer back to Sapa for overnight accommodation.

Day 3 : Sapa Town – Lao Chai – Ta Van– Hanoi (B, L)

Start your day with the charming dawn in the village and savor breakfast, then trek down the valley to see the hanging bridge, Muong Hoa, and Waterfall. Next, we start a trek to visit Black H’mong village of Y Linh Hoand Lao Chai. We will take a rest and have a picnic lunch near the river bank. In the afternoon, we continue walking to Ta Van Village of the Giay people, find out their special culture and then back to Sapa Town by car, take a bus to Lao Cai Railway and overnight on the train.

Day 4 : Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Arrive in Hanoi, we’ll pick up and transfer you to the hotel. After having breakfast, we continue the trip by a scenic drive to Halong Bay. Savor a delectable lunch while cruising among the limestone islands, then we explore the amazing Sung Sot cave, the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. We have time to kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Drum cave. Return to the main boat and continue cruising to the tranquil area while enjoying magnificent seascape on the way. Have dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5 : Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, Brunch)

A light breakfast on board and relish in the peaceful morning of Halong Bay, then move to the highlight of today is Titov island. Enjoy time swimming and relaxing at the beach of Titov, climbing up the top of the island to catch the panorama of Halong. Disembark to the main boat and transfer back to Hanoi. Tour ends.

Yes, we offer special rates for children. The rate for children applicable for child sharing a room or cabin with two adults is as follows:

**Child from 12 years old and above will pay as adult.
All tickets: Based on each airlines policy, the price for children will be applied at time of booking.

What are the payment terms for booking a trip with Happy Tours?

To book a trip with Happy Tours Travel, you will need to pay a 30% deposit.

Final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
