Today your tour will give you a feel for the city of Saigon, once called the Pearl of the Orient. First, you will visit the Notre Dame Catholic Church, the structure makes a great backdrop to the city bustling streets. The Main Post Office, unchanged since its completion in the 1880s.

You will visit the former Presidential Palace, renamed Reunification Palace which was the historic site on 30 April 1975 when a North Vietnamese Tank crashed through its gates which were the symbolic victory of President Ho Chi Minh’s forces over the South. After that, you will visit the former US embassy, Caravel Hotel, stop for a beer at the Rex Hotel to finish the day in style. Stay overnight at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

The program will start with a quick visit of Cai Be town & the ancient church from the boat. Then, we’ll come to Tân Phong island for the rowing boat. They will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time under the shade of mangrove trees. Stop at local garden to enjoy some fruits with hot tea when listening to the traditional music.

Then, start the biking trip on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses… On the way, we can make some stops to see how they wave the dried water-hyacinth to make many products: baskets, bags, hats, wallets, shoes… (You can walk, but see less).

Back to our boat to go across one of the longest rivers in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Bình Island. Lunch can be served on boat / at homestay

After lunch, check in at Út Trinh homestay. Have biking trip or walking around the local village, stop at local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice… Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea. Have a fresh shower before cooking some special dishes with the members of local family. We’ll enjoy dinner & overnight at homestay.

Our Guide will take you at the homestay, we can see many floating cages for farming fish. Stop to visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay.

Stop to visit Vinhlong market in the town. This is the best choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetables…

Then, we are towards to Long Ho – Hòa Tịnh – Mỹ An canals to discover The RED KINGDOM. On the way, we can stop at the local village to see how they wave bamboo trays, bamboo baskets… continue by boat to My An – Hoa Tinh canals where you can see hundreds brick kilns. Optional biking or walking in Hoa Tinh village to get inside the old kilns to learn more about this special job & to take pictures with these heritages which full of hundreds brick kilns on both sides.

Our boat continue to travel on Long Ho canal.  The cruise will go back to VinhLong city and continue to transfer to Can Tho for your relax and check in hotel.

Say hello to the new day, enjoy the tasty breakfast, we will then take the morning trip to Cai Rang floating market with the bustling sense at the same time. Then we keep on cruising through the small channels system, visit the rice noodles making a village before moving to Chau Doc – Chau Doc, a city located in the Southwest region of Vietnam, is not only famous for its lyrical natural scenery but also for preserving many unique cultural values of ethnic minorities, including the Khmer. With a long history and culture, the Khmer community in Chau Doc has contributed significantly to the cultural diversity of this region.

Today, we will visit with three wonderful stops: have a sugar palm juice with a Chau Doc countryside view at the sugar palm field. Visit and check-in one of the best rice fields (seasonal) in Mekong Delta. The unique peaceful Khmer pagoda is a must to see when you get to the Tra Su, Tinh Bien. After that arrive at Tra Su forest (planted from the 80s). The tour guide then helps you with boat tickets (included) and get on board. After sitting on a motor boat around 20 minutes to contemplate the natural sights, you will take to the rowing sampan (about half hour) to watch birds and enjoy the most beautiful flooded forest in Vietnam as well as SEA. Afterwards, get back to the motorboat and reach inner the forest. Take 500-meter walking to get to the 25-meter observation post to enjoy the fascinating view over the mountain in the area, the expanses of cajeput forest and the white dots of flying storks. Take an amazing bamboo walking bridge in the forest in Vietnam which gives you much time to feel the beauty of nature.

After the local lunch in the restaurant in the forest, we start to back to Ho Chi Minh city.

Wake up in the morning with a savoring breakfast, relax at the hotel until the driver arrives to take you to Tan Son Nhat international airport for flight back.
